Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Grupo Meteora (Guatemala), which operates Harvestline at harvestline.app. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

Keep your password safe and give us accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for team members you invite.

Plan and payment

  • Harvestline costs $15 USD per month, charged automatically to your card through Recurrente.
  • New accounts get one free week. Your first charge happens when it ends unless you cancel first.
  • The plan includes monthly AI limits (5 big drafts, 30 voice notes, 50 small edits), which reset on the 1st.
  • Organisations needing more can contact us for volume pricing.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.

Your content

Your supporters, newsletters, photos and notes stay yours. You give us permission only to store and process them to run the service for you. Make sure you have the right to use what you upload and that what you send is lawful and not spam.

AI features

AI suggestions are tools to help you write. Review everything before sending — you remain responsible for what you publish.

Sending through other services

Emails sent with Mailchimp or Kit, and messages sent with WhatsApp or Messages, go through your own accounts and follow those services’ rules.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, try to reach other people’s data, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Harvestline running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala.
